Ad Hoc
Often organisations require one off help to deal with a particular matter or to undertake a fixed piece of work. In these situations our services are offerred on either an agreed fixed fee e.g. for the production of an Employee Handbook or on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis for other pieces of work e.g. managing a disciplinary process. Fees start from £65 per hour and do not incur VAT.
Retainer
For more regular and formal support dependent on the organisation's needs a competitive, flexible monthly retainer can be mutually agreed and arranged. Retainers carry no minimum term and are designed to provide HR support to businesses who require regular help or who are addressing a number of business issues.
